Rate is $279.00 Single/Double Occupancy plus tax, which is currently 14.95%, and a daily facilities fee of $12.95 (normally $22.95) per night.

A limited number of discounted rooms have been arranged for conference attendees. The discounted rate will be available while group rooms remain until October 1, 2018. Once the discounted rooms are sold out or after October 1 (whichever comes first), the hotel may continue to accept reservations at the discounted rate on a space-available basis; however, they could be at a higher prevailing room rate.

Changes, Cancellation, & Refund Policy: Once a registration has been charged to a credit card, AWEA is not able to change the credit card used for payment. Should you be unable to attend, a refund, less a $100 administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received via email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 business days before the event. No refunds can be made after this time or for no-shows and registration fees cannot be transferred to other AWEA events. Refunds may not be processed until after the completion of the event. By accepting the Terms & Conditions during registration, you agree not to hold any trainings, receptions, client events, or other large gatherings of AWEA participants during times that conflict with the official conference sessions or special events without prior approval by AWEA.
AWEA reserves the right to refuse a new registration or cancel and refund an existing registration at our own discretion; or to eject any registrant from the event without any prior notice or refund if while at the event their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, dangerous, illegal or if they are found to be distributing unauthorized material.
Contributions to AWEA and fees for AWEA events are not tax deductible as charitable contributions, but may be deductible as ordinary business expenses.
