Networking Before, During & After the Summit

As soon as you've registered for the conference, you'll have the ability to begin networking with your fellow attendees. It's best to start setting up your side-meetings before you're onsite. Through the attendee networking tool, you'll be able view the current list of attendees and send messages to those you'd like to make a point to connect with. You can access the networking tool through your desktop or via the AWEA Events app.

The AWEA Events app is optimal for using when you are at the event. You can view important conference details, submit questions during Q&A session, rate sessions, and send direct messages to your fellow attendees.

Once you're logged in to your user profile on your desktop or your mobile device app, you can:

  • View the full schedule and favorite those you plan to attend
  • Refer to your favorited sessions in "My Sessions" to help you plan your time at the conference
  • Export your favorite sessions to add to your calendar
  • Request meetings and send follow up messages after the conference
  • Take and save notes

How to use login to the desktop versions:

  2. Log in by using your Registration ID into the "Badge ID" field (refer to your registration confirmation email for the registration ID)
