Exhibit Booth Sales Now Open
for WINDPOWER 2009 Conference & Exhibition!
AWEA anticipates WINDPOWER 2009 to exceed the record numbers reached at WINDPOWER 2008, with well over 650 Exhibitors spanning over 156,000 sq ft of exhibition space. The attendee numbers will be a record breaking number as well and they are of high quality, the type you need to meet to maintain your industry leadership or launch your business into this market sector. Be assured, prime booth locations will again be highly sought after for WINDPOWER 2009 Conference & Exhibition being held at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, June 7 – 10, 2009.
Advance Booth Sales Period
Booth sales have been open to our high priority Members who have already made their selections and is now open to the rest of our Members who are in good standing with AWEA. You can now go online and reserve your booth directly on a first come, first serve basis. AWEA will review and process reservations as they are received. AWEA reserves the right to refuse booth selections based on payment issues for either Membership dues or past booth payments or for the good of the exhibition displays.

PLEASE NOTE: A payment of 50% is required when reserving your booth and you must have a current Business Membership with the American Wind Energy Association. If you are exhibiting at WINDPOWER 2008, your 2008 booth must be paid in full and you must be in good financial standing with AWEA to reserve your new booth for 2009.
Advance Sales Point System:
AWEA is utilizing a priority point system for WINDPOWER 2009 advanced booth sales. Those with sufficient points will be able to select a booth location and pre-register before WINDPOWER 2008. Points are accumulated based upon level of AWEA Membership, sponsorship commitments for AWEA’s 2008 events, number of consecutive years exhibiting at WINDPOWER since 2002, and overall size of exhibition space utilized.
