AWEA CW Working Group Meeting at Fall Symposium 2012

The next in-person meeting of the Community Wind Working Group will be held at the AWEA Fall Symposium at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa in Chandler, Arizona. This two hour meeting will consist of an hour-long roundtable discussion on community wind in Arizona, followed by a CWWG business meeting. This meeting will be open to all symposium attendees.

Fifth Annual Nebraska Wind Conference

This 2-day conference focused on Nebraska's future wind energy development challenges and opportunities, including the potential extension of the federal Production Tax Credit program and other federal wind incentives. The conference included a community and distributed wind track, as well as other presentations applicable for utilities, suppliers, landowners, economic development officials, students, environmentalists, and anyone interested in the Nebraska wind industry.
