Where Can I Get Green Power? You may be able to buy green power in three ways. You may be able to buy it as renewable electricity in states that have competitive choices, or from regulated utilities that offer a green power option. Whether or not these first two options are available to you, though, you can buy the green power attributes separate from electricity, in the form of tradable renewable certificates.
