AWEA and CanWEA Wind Resource Assessment Workshop

The American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) and the Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA) were thrilled to present a SOLD-OUT 2-day workshop, examining every step of wind resource assessment, from measurement to modeling, and how this information is translated into wind turbine selection and energy output prediction. Held September 13 - 14 in Syracuse, NY, the workshop also tackled challenging issues such as project financing considerations and probable causes of project underperformance.
