This year, we will be selling both table top exhibit spaces; with the possibility of expanding to some 10’x6’ booth spaces if there is enough demand. To view the list of registered exhibitors, please click here

Interested in exhibiting?

With the table top space, we will provide you with a
draped 6’ x 30” table. The total cost is $2,000. All display materials must be placed on the table, within the dimensions of the table. No additional pull-up banners or materials can be placed around your table. To sign up for a table top display, please download the exhibitor booth form and email it to exhibition@awea.org.

Both the booth and table top package includes:

• 6’ draped table
• 2 chairs
• Listing on the event website, hyper linked to your site
• Listing in the event final program
• 1 Conference/Booth registration
