The world's largest offshore conference and exhibition comes to Frankfurt in 2013 Why Frankfurt? Financing offshore is becoming more and more of a challenge, so we have chosen to meet in the strategic location and hometown of the European Central Bank. The EWEA OFFSHORE 2013 conference and exhibition will therefore build on the success of the 2011 edition, which attracted more than 480 exhibitors and over 8,200 participants.
