AWEA Wind Power Finance & Investment Workshop

The American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) welcomed over 300 attendees to the AWEA Wind Power Finance & Investment Workshop that was held October 4 - 5, 2006 in New York, NY. The workshop was designed to delineate the state-of-the-art financial structures available in the market today, and to demonstrate the issues project developers and financiers are able to solve through thoughtful presentations and amicable negotiations. The workshop also surveyed the advantages associated with tax credit monetization transactions and explored the ins-and-outs of partnership flip structures.
