Event registration includes: Two networking receptions on both February 15 and February 16, hot breakfast on February 16, access to the speaker presentations, appointments scheduled by AWEA for Capitol Hill visits, and critical networking opportunities. 

In addition to the advocacy training and a Lobby Day, next year, you can take part in a special Wind Power on Capitol Hill Rally, featuring several VIP speakers, to raise awareness of the wind industry's positive impact on today's energy landscape.

Bring a few family members! If you have family members who would like to participate, you can register them to attend the Capitol Hill Rally and Capitol Hill Visits for free! 

Registration Policies:

Changes, Cancellation, & Refund Policy: Once a registration has been charged to a credit card, AWEA is not able to change the credit card used for payment. Should you be unable to attend, a refund, less a $100 administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received via email to conference@awea.org at least 10 business days before the event. No refunds can be made after this time or for no-shows and registration fees cannot be transferred to other AWEA events. Refunds may not be processed until after the completion of the event. If you have changes to your registration including contact information or if you need to provide a substitution for your registration, email conference@awea.org

All attendees are expected to comply with this Event Anti-Harassment Policy at all Conference venues and Conference-related social events. Violators of this Event Anti-Harassment Policy may be sanctioned or expelled from the Conference at the discretion of the AWEA Conference organizers. By accepting the Terms & Conditions during registration, you agree not to hold any trainings, receptions, client events, or other large gatherings of AWEA participants during times that conflict with the official conference sessions or special events without prior approval by AWEA.

AWEA reserves the right to refuse a new registration or cancel and refund an existing registration at our own discretion; or to eject any registrant from the event without any prior notice or refund if while at the event their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, dangerous, illegal or if they are found to be distributing unauthorized material.

Contributions to AWEA and fees for AWEA events are not tax deductible as charitable contributions, but may be deductible as ordinary business expenses.
