Latest Development: AWEA Releases Wind Energy Agenda
AWEA’s strategic plan for the wind industry’s success in coming decades was approved by the Board of Directors in November 2013. The Wind Energy Agenda represents the association’s commitments in four main “pillars,” or areas of focus:
1. Driving demand for more wind energy
2. Making wind energy as cost-competitive as possible
3. Implementing policies that help with deployment and operations
4. Building the political strength we need to implement our agenda
