Randolph Mann is Vice President of Development for Edison Mission Energy. He is responsible for implementing EME's growth strategy in the energy generation sector. Mann has played a key role in establishing EME as one of the leading wind developers and owners in the U.S., including designing EME's strategy in the wind sector, project and pipeline origination and acquisition, project development, identification and implementation of strategic partnering and procurement arrangements, and project and portfolio financing. Mann joined Edison Capital, an EME affiliate, in 1995 and played a lead role there in energy and infrastructure investments. Prior to that, he spent three years as assistant vice president for project financing with Kansallis Banking Group and three years in economic research with the New York Stock Exchange. Mann has served on the Board of Directors of the American Wind Energy Association, and also as Co-Chairman of AWEA's Safety Committee. Mann earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Sloan School at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
